What is Faith Farm Co. ?
Faith Farm Co. was established in 2017 with the heart to spread the Gospel. The idea came about when I was going through a tough time. I was at an extremely low moment in life with severe depression, and faith seemed to be low. God pointed me to the scripture Matthew 17:20, “Faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains, and nothing will be impossible for you”. I needed a daily reminder so, I began a hunt to go buy mustard seeds. I wanted to see how small it actually is, and when I finally found some mustard seeds, I needed to see it everyday to remind myself that if all I had was a little faith to keep going then that was all I needed to start with. Seeing that mustard seed everyday helped pull me out of suicidal thoughts as it reminded me that if all I have is a little bit of faith to keep going then God can work with that. God placed it on my heart to make a necklace as a constant reminder of the word.
During my lowest times what kept me going was knowing how badly I felt, and that there were others that felt that way or even worse. So at my lowest, I hosted bible studies, went to women’s shelters, fed the homeless and began helping others.
Today, we are an official nonprofit organization that strives to spread the faith by doing real actions to help others. We host workshops, summer programs, mentor programs and more. Faith Farm Co. also sells faith based jewelry and merchandise and all of the profit from those sales goes straight to fulfilling the mission of the nonprofit.
